EOI age range: boys and girls aged 13 to 16 on the first day of their selected clinic may submit an EOI. An EOI is not registration, selection or a confirmed place.

Authorised review copies: when controlled PDF delivery is enabled, one separate copy is sent to Graham Card and one to Sam Elvy. No CC, BCC or applicant copy is used. The restricted EOI register remains the canonical record.

Declined or withdrawn EOIs become due for deletion within 30 days. Invited EOIs become due within 30 days after registration completion or closure is recorded. All remaining EOIs are due by 31 March 2027 at 11:59 pm, Queensland time. Deletion remains owner-controlled and audited.
